Player Eligibility and Account Rules

To register and play on PawBets, you must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and we may suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Adult residents in the United Kingdom are eligible to register and play under these terms, provided they meet all other conditions set out here.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, we reserve the right to close the additional accounts, void any associated bonuses or winnings, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. It is your responsibility to ensure that no other person uses your credentials to open a separate account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team without delay. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your account details.

Any material inaccuracy — including a false name, date of birth, or address — may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Bonuses, Deposits, and Withdrawals

Any bonus credited to your account is subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion. Our welcome bonus carries a minimum deposit requirement of £20 and a wagering requirement of 40 times the combined value of the bonus and any free spin winnings before a withdrawal can be requested. The maximum permitted bet while completing a wagering requirement is £5 per spin, and the bonus remains valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Withdrawals are subject to a minimum of £20. We process withdrawal requests within 0 to 24 hours, though your chosen payment provider may impose additional processing times beyond our control. We reserve the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before releasing funds. Requests that cannot be verified may be delayed or declined until satisfactory documentation is provided.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: the use of automated software or bots to interact with our platform; collusion between players; fraudulent chargebacks; and any form of abuse of our bonus system. Where we identify such conduct, we may immediately suspend the account, cancel outstanding bonuses, and recover any funds derived from prohibited activity.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect. Your continued use of PawBets following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you have a dispute regarding any decision we make, you may contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of our licensing authority, the Anjouan Gaming Authority (licence number ALSI-202509029-FI1).
